01 / How it sorts

Your camera roll is a pile. The video is a walk.

Photos arrive in whatever order they were shot. Each one is labeled by room, near-duplicates are dropped in favor of the sharper frame, and the rest are put in the order a buyer would walk the house.

Full pricing details · Every plan includes an unbranded MLS version plus a social version with your brokerage name. Every AI shot starts and ends on your real photo, and you approve each one before export. Unused videos don't roll over. Remaking the same listing doesn't use another video. The Starter Made with Listthru credit appears only at the end of the social version, never on the MLS version.

Straight answers.

Is this AI video?
Partly. AI sorts your photos into rooms, and AI creates the camera movement in each shot. Every shot starts and ends on your real photo, and the frames in between are generated. Listthru tells the AI not to add, remove or change anything, but AI can still get small details wrong, so you review and approve every shot before export, and you can redo a shot or switch it to a standard pan. Listthru does not do virtual staging.
Do I need rights to the photos?
Yes. Listing photos are often owned by the photographer, so check that your license covers social video before you post.
Can I use it on the MLS?
Yes. Every video comes in two versions. The MLS version is fully unbranded: no watermark, logos, app credit, agent name, contact details, captions or any other text, built to the virtual tour rules in Stellar MLS's Rules and Regulations, which ban text and graphics of any kind in tours. The social version adds your brokerage name, which Florida advertising rules require on agent ads. Rules on length and upload format vary by MLS, so check yours before uploading.
Is there music?
Videos are silent by default. You can add a track from your own phone, as long as you have the rights to use it.
Is there a free trial?
There's one free preview per person: 3 AI shots from your walkthrough, about 12 seconds, 720p, with a large watermark. You're only charged if you choose a plan or buy a listing. Plans start at $49 a month for 3 videos, or a single listing is $29 one time.
