Waitlist privacy policy
Sun Coast Digital Media LLC ("we") runs this waitlist page for Listthru, an app that is not released yet.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store exactly three things:
- Your email address
- The date and time you signed up
- The source of your signup, meaning the page or link you signed up from
To block spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people from bots. Cloudflare also processes your IP address to deliver this page securely, as any web host does. This page has no advertising cookies, no analytics trackers and no third-party fonts.
How we use your email
Only to send you news about the launch of Listthru. We will not use it for anything else, will not add it to any other mailing list, and will not sell, rent or share it with anyone for their marketing.
Who processes it
- Supabase, Inc. stores the waitlist.
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this page and runs the spam check.
- When we send launch news, an email delivery provider sends it for us. It receives your email address only for that purpose.
How to be removed
Use either of these:
- Click the unsubscribe link in any email from us.
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Remove me."
We remove you within 10 business days, and usually much sooner.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels, and loads no third-party fonts. Cloudflare's spam check may use a cookie or browser signals only to tell people from bots. The first time you open this site in a browser tab, a small flag is saved in your browser's session storage so the opening animation plays only once; it never leaves your browser and is deleted when you close the tab. Because we do not track you across sites, browser Do Not Track signals do not change how this site behaves. We do not sell or share your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep the waitlist until launch announcements end, then delete it within 90 days. If you ask to be removed earlier, we delete your email at that time.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will confirm the request comes from the owner of the email address and respond within 30 days, and you will not be treated differently for asking.
How it is protected
The waitlist is stored in a database that the public website cannot read: row-level security blocks all browser access, and only the signup function, holding a secret key that never reaches your browser, can add to it. Data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affected your information, we would notify you as Florida law (section 501.171, Florida Statutes) and other applicable laws require.
Children
This waitlist is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. We will not use emails already collected in a new way without asking you first.
